I am so excited to share this Cross Estate Gardens engagement with you. Its truly one of my favorite places to shoot.
Chrissy & John are getting married in two weeks at North Hills Country Club on Long Island. I usually shoot engagement photos pretty soon after a couple books, but it was kind of nice to meet Christina & John so close to the wedding.
They drove out to New Jersey from Manhattan, so I knew I had to pick a great location and Cross Estate Gardens doesn’t disappoint!
The gardens at Cross Estate are so pretty! And they very generously allow us to shoot here without a permit! They prefer that photographers do not schedule sessions on Wednesday mornings as that is when the volunteers come to work. I imagine there is a lot that needs to be done to keep the gardens looking beautiful! I know how difficult it can be to keep the weeds out of my own yard! So, thank you Cross Estate Gardens volunteers.
