This is the chic-est first birthday party I have ever seen! Designed by Angi of Angi and Co, TJ’s travel themed 1st birthday party took place in one of my all time favorite venues, The Madison Hotel in Morristown, New Jersey.
I have been photographing Lauren and her family for years and each time I get to meet a new family member.
Samantha and her husband chose the iconic Princeton University campus for their maternity session and brought their sweet pup, Henry, which made it feel more like a little family photo shoot.
The beach is not only a great place to take pictures, but it is my favorite location, in particular, to take family photos. But, beach sessions can be tricky between the harsh lighting, the wind and crowds and family photography is also pretty tough! I had to make many mistakes before coming up with a system that worked well for me. In this post, I am going to share my best tips to help you prepare for, shoot and edit the best beach family photo session you have ever had.
I am so excited for you to see the cutest little boy baby shower. Boy themes can be difficult but this adorable theme makes the decision easy! To be fair- this is a cute baby shower theme that would also work great for a girl. And truthfully, its a great theme if you aren’t finding out the gender as well! This particular party chose various shades of baby blue and white color palette with little star and moon elements mixed in. While blue colors may be an obviously a popular choice, you can truly do so much with this theme! It would even work great for a winter baby shower!
This post will walk you through using your Pass Gallery as a client receiving photos. We will talk through what a pass gallery even is, how to access yours, why I prefer it over other digital file delivery sites and systems, how to download your photos and my best advice for how to save and preserve your wedding photos for years to come.
You may remember my client, Deanna from her gorgeous bridal shower at the Madison Hotel a few years ago. Well her son, Anthony turned one this year and she created the cutest Wild One Birthday inspire by the classic book, Where the Wild Things Are. Let’s be honest- most kids parties are REALLY for adults. And this one is no different…or is it? Because while this party hits all the marks for the adults- wine & beer, great food, beautiful decor, good company, etc, etc. It also keeps the many little ones in attendance pretty pleased.
Getting ready for fall family photos is hard work! I know it because I have been on either side of the camera and let me tell you- being in front of the camera is much harder than taking the pictures! In my opinion, anyway! If you are like, no way, Keri, I’ve tried taking my own family photos and it’s impossible preparing for your family photos. First, I’ll share the steps I go through when I am planning out our family pictures. Next I’ll go through each one in more detail for you.
Stephanie dreamed up this gorgeous bohemian themed baby shower all by herself. She even handled all the decor and design along with friends and family! In my opinion, this is the PERFECT gender neutral baby shower theme! And I love how it reflects her own personal boho style. The colors were, of course very neutral with creams and beiges throughout. There were beautiful macrame details with dried pampas like flowers to go along with the boho vibe.
