I fell in love with weddings while planning my own wedding in 2012. We got married at The Madison Hotel. You may have noticed that I still love photographing weddings there!
Fun Fact: I chose not do a first look for my own wedding. If I were to go back and do it again I would have gone with a first look!
When my son was born in 2013, my dad gave me my first camera, an entry level Nikon DSRL. While I have upgraded to a more professional model since then, I still shoot on Nikon cameras to this day.
I began with family photography and slowly started to incorporate weddings. First, by assisting, then second shooting. Next was lead shooting for other photographers before launching my own wedding photography business in 2016.
My Signature Style: Candid Yet Crafted
They say my photos look candid, and I won’t disagree! I love that effortless, natural feel. But here’s a secret: those “candid” moments are carefully crafted to capture your authentic love story.
Think of me as your wedding day director. Through gentle posing inspired by experience, your environment, and most importantly, you, I create unique portraits that feel true to your connection. This approach allows me to consistently deliver beautiful, candid-looking photos that are personal to every couple I work with.
WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
Keri is an angel and an extremely talented photographer. Not only are her photography skills incredible, but she has such a talent for working with brides and their families.
She did an impressive job of keeping everyone happy. She managed to get all the beautiful photos we asked for in a swift and efficient way so that we didn’t miss any important parts of our wedding, which made my husband very happy! Overall, I am so fortunate to have had Keri be there for me on my wedding day because she felt more like a friend than a vendor.

THE HEART
behind the photos
I’ve had many careers before launching my wedding photography business in 2016. Right out of college I worked in fashion in NYC for the production department of JCrew . I was also the editor of a popular wedding blog. I was even a teacher for 10 years.
I believe these past experiences influence the photos I take, the brand I portray and ultimately the way I see the world in a unique way. My love of fashion gives my photos an editorial flair. My editing experience helps me curate your photos in a way that tells a cohesive and meaningful story. The many years of teaching experience I have allow me to effortlessly guide you into poses, wrangle rowdy bridal parties and prepare for your wedding as only a teacher can, creating detailed wedding day timelines and shot lists. And as a mom of both a boy and a girl, you better believe I shoot those parent dances like no one else!
