Most wedding collections come with an engagement session included, and while it is certainly not required, I definitely recommend doing one!
It’s so much fun to meet in person before your wedding and get to know each other a bit better. I’ll help you feel comfortable in front of the camera and I love to hear all about how wedding planning is going.
Many brides even schedule their hair and make up trial the same day to see how it photographs.
So let’s plan a day, pick a location (don’t worry, I can help with this!) and create memories that will fill up the frames your walls for years to come.

WHAT DO WE DO IF IT RAINS?
I will check in with you a few days before your session. If the forecast doesn’t look great, we can absolutely come up with options for a rain date or change to an indoor or more covered location. A little drizzle is not the end of the world though! Clouds make for beautiful lighting and you won’t even be able to tell it’s raining in your photos as long as you don’t look wet! Also, indoor engagement sessions are becoming super popular. Location options like hotels, museums, libraries and restaurants all are great options!

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?
The sooner the better!
The first step is to choose your location and then we will lock in a date.
For the most part, engagement sessions take place on weeknights (M-Th) since I am shooting weddings most weekends. Some locations, like Central Park, Dumbo, etc. are scheduled on Sunday mornings at sunrise to avoid the crowds.
If something comes up and you need to change your date, let me know and we will try to work something out.

WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
I am happy to help with this! After booking, I will send you my exclusive style guide to help you plan for your session.
You are welcome to wear one outfit or two and I always recommend to go a little dressier than you normally would!

We've never done this before. Will you tell us how to pose?
Yes! I get this question all the time and the truth is that even though my images LOOK candid, I actually pose my couples quite a bit.
And while it may feel awkward at first, I promise to help you be yourself and feel super comfortable in front of the camera in no time. And we may even have a little fun!

HOW & WHEN WILL I RECEVE MY PHOTOS?
Within a 2-4 weeks of your engagement session, you’ll receive a link to a digital PASS gallery that will allow you to download the high resolution images.
You will be able to download your images directly from the gallery (without a watermark), share the link with friends and family and even order prints if that’s what you choose to do.

For investment details and availability, please send a message via my contact form. Engagement sessions typically last one hour and are scheduled on weeknights (M-Th) an hour and a half before sunset. Pricing begins at $900.
