Peaceful Hudson Valley Engagement Session
Anne told me she wanted her photos to feel fun, intimate and natural. So I kept those words in mind while photographing. I would also add the word peaceful if I were describing their session. And chic. I took a cinematic, storytelling approach, pretending the white house with the wrap around porch was their home.

The Girl Behind the Camera
A lover of taking photos and collecting memories since I was a little girl, I received my first film camera the Christmas I turned 14. Forever the entrepreneur, I would create newspapers and fashion magazines to sell in my neighborhood where I grew up. It was my version of a lemonade stand. I guess I was always telling stories.
