New York Wedding Photographer

This is a post I have wanted to create for you for the longest time. I have shot so many New York Weddings that I honestly didn’t know where to start. Its funny because I obviously consider myself a New Jersey Wedding Photographer, I mean I do live in NJ. But the truth is, I spend a LOT of time in the beautiful state of New York and I am definitely a New York Wedding Photographer too!

Hudson Valley, NY Weddings
Valley Rock Inn & Mountain Club

Tappan Hill Mansion

Emma & Will got married at a church in Sleepy Hollow, New York, followed by their reception at Tappan Hill Mansion. I personally love this historic venue because it used to be Mark Twain’s home. It’s also super convenient to get to, just an hour outside of NYC.

Katie opted to have her ceremony on site at Tappan Hill Mansion. The gorgeous ceremony space over looks all of the Hudson Valley.

Brooklyn, New York Weddings
Long Island Weddings
Oheka Castle

Hamptons & North Fork

Duck Walk Vineyards
Brooklyn Botanical Gardens
Prospect Park Boathouse
Prospect Park Boathouse is an Audubon Center during the day that transforms into an elegant wedding venue at night. In fact, the first time I photographed a wedding here, I thought I was in the wrong place because I found the Audubon center but was confused about where the wedding venue was!
Brooklyn Winery
The Brooklyn Winery is another popular Brooklyn wedding venue. I have shot here a number of times and it never disappoints. This is one venue that even offers its wedding vendors a glass of wine during dinner! Among my favorite things about this venue is the plant wall ceremony and family style reception. It is perfect for rustic and boho brides and wine lovers, of course!

NYC Micro Wedding
Central Park Wedding
This Central Park Wedding inspiration is not to be missed! While there are so many beautiful shots for portraits in the park, this white bridge is my favorite.
New York Views – Sometimes the best views are from outside the city.
Battello, Jersey City

If skyline views are what you are looking for, Battello is it.
Kelly & TJ’s June wedding at Battello may have had a little rain, but we weren’t going to let that ruin their day or the view & photos.

Adirondack Weddings
Lake George Wedding
If you love Lake George like I do, you may want to consider getting married there. This Lake George Wedding at the Wiawaka Holiday House is one of my all time favorites. If a destination wedding is not your thing, you may want to photograph your engagement session there!
NYC Engagement Sessions
New York City is the perfect location for your engagement photos and my favorite place to shoot. Here are some of my favorite places.
Central Park (Bethesda, Bow Bridge, Terrace, Lawn)

Ralph’s Coffee, Upper East Side
